Polaroid of the Week: Sunny Beach Day in Brighton, England

Polaroid of the Week: Sunny Beach Day in Brighton, EnglandRather than sharing another Polaroid from Berlin, I've chosen to highlight my current spot: Brighton, England, where I'm spending much of this week. After visiting for Brighton Pride last summer, I never imagined returning so soon—travels often surprise me! (Recall my unexpected Amazon adventure in March? No plans for that either.)

Just last week, a beach day in Brighton was the furthest thing from my mind, but I'm thrilled with this turn. Summer sunshine finally graced Britain over the weekend, delivering England's south coast finest weather today—clear skies, no clouds. The beach buzzed with crowds enjoying barbecues, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP, on my list for later!), and packed seaside bars and pubs.

I've been smitten with Brighton since my first visit in 2005 and never tire of it. For more on its allure, check my article Irresistible Brighton: What Makes Brighton So Appealing?

We cherish spots like Koh Rong in Cambodia or Samara in Costa Rica, yet the Caribbean delivers an unparalleled mix of stunning beauty and total relaxation. Though were leaving this idyllic Mexican playa next week, a return to the Caribbean Sea i
