Brookgreen Gardens Hosted National Sculpture Society's Prestigious 85th Annual Awards Exhibition

Brookgreen Gardens Hosted National Sculpture Society s Prestigious 85th Annual Awards Exhibition

Brookgreen Gardens enriched 2018 for Grand Strand locals and visitors alike. Following their inaugural Summer Lights spectacle, they unveiled the National Sculpture Society's 85th Annual Awards Exhibition—the only venue to host this distinguished event.

Founded as America's oldest professional sculptors' organization, the National Sculpture Society selected Brookgreen Gardens as the ideal showcase. Home to the world's largest collection of American figurative sculpture, Brookgreen featured works from established masters and emerging talents in this juried exhibition.

The Society presented 15 awards, plus the popular People's Choice Award, voted by Brookgreen visitors. View the exhibition during regular hours (9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) in the Jenniwein and Noble Galleries at the Rainey Sculpture Pavilion. Admission was included with garden entry (Adults $18, Children $10, Seniors $16). The exhibition ran through October 18, 2018. For more details or tickets, visit www.brookgreen.org.
