Universal Orlando Unveils Revamped Incredible Hulk Coaster with New Storyline and Ride Vehicle

Discover the latest enhancements to the iconic Incredible Hulk coaster at Universal Orlando Resort.

After a comprehensive overhaul, the Giant Green extreme coaster is set to return this summer. Universal Orlando Resort has revealed that the ride will feature a fresh storyline, a new, modern vehicle, and an upgraded entrance.

Guests will now walk under the towering figure of the Hulk, who appears to support sections of the track salvaged from the original attraction. The new ride vehicles boast a sleek design, and riders can enjoy an in‑seat audio experience with the original score composed by Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy.

The signature slingshot launch will open a new tunnel filled with updated special effects. In the queue, guests become part of a cutting‑edge experiment led by General Thaddeus E. “Thunderbolt” Ross, the Hulk’s arch‑enemy. Along the line, visitors encounter bio‑radiological tests, high‑tech equipment, and a visual display of riders undergoing the “Hulk‑a‑fication” process.

While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, Universal confirms the coaster will reopen later this summer. Follow Visit Orlando’s blog and social media channels for the latest updates.
