Universal Orlando Reveals Inside Storyline for New Skull Island: Reign of Kong Attraction

Universal Orlando Resort has unveiled fresh storyline details for its upcoming attraction, Skull Island: Reign of Kong.

After months of anticipation, Universal Orlando Resort has peeled back the curtain on the new multi‑sensory experience set to debut at Islands of Adventure.

For fans longing for a return to the iconic Kong experience from Universal Studios Florida, the latest briefing suggests an immersive adventure that promises to deliver on excitement and spectacle.

The 3D journey launches from a remote campsite on a mist‑shrouded island teeming with prehistoric wildlife. Guests board a custom‑built expedition vehicle and venture deeper into the jungle, guided by distant native drums and ancient ruins that lead toward a towering temple wall.

Inside the temple’s stone gates, a labyrinth of caves unfolds. There, a fierce clash erupts between colossal creatures, ultimately confronting the unsuspecting riders. Just as tensions peak, an even greater figure emerges: Kong himself.

Will Kong aid or challenge the visitors? The narrative remains a tantalizing mystery, leaving guests eager to find out.
