New Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment Experiences Debut in Myrtle Beach This Summer

Myrtle Beach, S.C. – April 1, 2019. Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach's premier experiential retail and entertainment destination, has announced an exciting array of new merchants for 2019.

Leading the lineup are new restaurants Bar Louie and MELT. Bar Louie, the nation's top gastrobar, delivers innovative shareable plates, chef-driven dishes, craft cocktails, and local brews. It opens this summer in The Avenue, between Carolina Comedy Club and Crocodile Rocks. Nearby, MELT brings lunch, dinner, and late-night vibes with an industrial aesthetic and showstopping brick oven. Savor unique handcrafted grilled sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, plus a selection of beers, wines, and specialty cocktails.

Toysaurus, a whimsical children's toy store, will open in the Charleston Boardwalk area. A fresh coffee shop debuts in the New England Fishing Village across from Liberty Brewery & Grill. Already open inside IT’SUGAR in the same village: The Doughnuttery, a creative family-owned doughnut shop, and Tipsy Scoop, offering indulgent alcohol-infused ice creams and sorbets.

Broadway at the Beach Unveils Exciting New Restaurants, Shops, and Attractions for 2019The Simpsons in 4D has recently opened next to Kwik-E-Mart. This immersive family attraction features Springfield’s Aztec Theater with a themed lobby and 4D experience starring Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. Tickets available at the box office.

More thrills ahead: BODIES HUMAN: Anatomy in Motion opens in April next to Broadway at the Beach Unveils Exciting New Restaurants, Shops, and Attractions for 2019 Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville in Heroes Harbor. This acclaimed exhibition of real human bodies and organs offers an in-depth look at human anatomy through September 29. In June, Charles Bach Wonders brings international illusionist Charles Bach's live magic and illusion show, blending jaw-dropping tricks with stunning visuals in an interactive wonderland.
