Myrtle Beach Hosts 32nd Annual Run to the Sun Car Show: March 18-20 Highlights
The renowned Run to the Sun car show returns to Myrtle Beach for its 32nd year, March 18-20. Organized by the Pee Dee Street Rodders and the City of Myrtle Beach, this premier event features thousands of classic cars and trucks manufactured before 1989. Recognized as one of the Southeast's largest car shows, it was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic. In 2019, the top honors went to a 1957 Dodge Coronet (car) and a 1966 Ford F-100 (truck). Enthusiasts eagerly await this year's standout entries and winners.

This year's expansive outdoor show occupies over 50 acres at the former Myrtle Square Mall, 2501 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC. Complimentary shuttle service via City Transit buses runs from Broadway at the Beach parking lots, starting at 7:30 a.m.
The Pee Dee Street Rodders, founded in 1987, is a dedicated club for enthusiasts of American cars and trucks. Event proceeds benefit the Children’s Miracle Network and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, with over $1 million donated to these charities to date.
