This modest, value-packed guesthouse in Cahuita, Costa Rica, shines through its exceptional managers, Wendy and Javier. Despite basic amenities, their warmth extended our stay by an extra night.
Sturdy wooden cabinas feature large screened windows, a comfy double bed, single bed, and en-suite bathroom (hot water extra in some). Surrounded by a lush garden and friendly cat, a path leads to a spotless kitchen (details below).
Managers Javier (California-born) and Wendy (from Heredia) create a homey vibe with chats on travel, music, and more. No Wi-Fi didn't deter us— their hospitality won us over.
