Georgetown Wooden Boat Show: Celebrating South Carolina's Maritime Heritage
The Myrtle Beach area comes alive the third weekend in October with exciting events, including the 29th Annual Georgetown Wooden Boat Show on the southern Grand Strand in South Carolina. This premier Southeast event showcases over 140 classic wooden boats displayed on land and in the water.
Attendees enjoy knot-tying demonstrations, maritime art, children's model boat building, crafts, food vendors, and live music. The festival highlights Georgetown's storied maritime heritage, offering fun and educational experiences for all ages.
