Hosted by Conway Downtown Alive, this immersive experience unfolds in the historic rivertown, just 12 miles inland from Myrtle Beach. Each October, expert storytellers share captivating Lowcountry ghost tales amid the live oak-lined streets of scenic downtown Conway. Tours kick off at 6:30 p.m. from the Conway Visitor Center at 428 Main Street, departing every 15 minutes until 8:30 p.m. The 75-minute guided walk covers about 1.2 miles through sidewalks, grass, slight inclines, and roadways—comfortable shoes are essential.
