As Christmas lights give way to Mardi Gras beads and doubloons, the holiday hustle can leave you feeling stressed. Taking time to unwind with a peaceful walk is essential for recharging during this busy season.

Shell Beach Drive is one of my top spots for morning walks in Lake Charles. The impeccably landscaped homes and stunning lake views create the perfect backdrop for sunrise strolls.
