The Yellowbank Wildlife Management Area is a protected natural habitat managed by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Spanning several hundred acres, it offers visitors a tranquil setting for wildlife observation, hiking, and, in season, regulated hunting and fishing.
Wildlife & Natural Features
Birdwatchers can spot a variety of waterfowl and songbirds, while hunters frequently encounter white‑tailed deer, turkey, and upland game. The area’s gently rolling terrain and small streams support diverse plant life, including oak and hickory trees and wetland grasses.
