Limited rooms remain for this year's Kayak Adventure Weekend at The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle, scheduled for August 13-15, 2021. Note that all participants must provide their own kayaks, as rentals are fully booked.

Arrive Friday and meet the park naturalist and float trip leaders to review the weekend itinerary. Enjoy a locally sourced dinner on the Nature Inn patio, followed by an Evening Sunset Paddle with basic paddling instruction and lakeside relaxation.

On Saturday, paddle down Bald Eagle Creek with park naturalists highlighting local flora and fauna. Savor a creekside lunch at historic Curtain Village and Eagle Iron Works, where experts share the site's rich history. Return to Bald Eagle State Park in the afternoon, then explore the park or nearby attractions after dinner at the Inn.

Start Sunday with a hearty breakfast and a guided Sunday Morning Stroll led by the park naturalist before checkout.
