Celebrating its 30th year in 2018, the North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day Festival and Parade kicks off with a grand parade at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, followed by a vibrant festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy around 150 vendors offering food, crafts, services, and more; three stages of live music and entertainment; and a dedicated children’s area with rides. Held rain or shine on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach—just steps from the beach—this event draws approximately 30,000 attendees annually.

Murrells Inlet Luck of the Marshwalk

Test your luck at the Luck of the Marshwalk and vie for over $1,500 in cash and prizes. Dress in your finest green attire as secret leprechauns roam parties from 5 to 9:30 p.m., handing out colored coins to standout costumed guests. Collect coins from restaurants and bars along the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk for prize chances. Gather at 10 p.m. behind Drunken Jack’s at the Pirate Statue for drawings. Savor food and drink specials plus live music all afternoon and evening.

9th Annual Irish Fest at The Market Common

This family-friendly Irish Fest lights up Valor Park on Saturday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Highlights include live music, Irish beer and food, craft vendors, and engaging children’s activities.

St. Patrick's Day on the Avenue

Broadway at the Beach hosts a lively St. Patrick’s Day bash on Saturday, March 17, along the Avenue. Catch live music by Paperwork from 3 to 6 p.m., followed by DJ entertainment until 7 p.m. Indulge in authentic Irish dishes and plenty of green beer at participating restaurants.
