Dining in Orlando is always a treat, and this fall, Planet Hollywood® at Disney Springs® is set to elevate the experience with a new menu crafted by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. The restaurant—an iconic part of Walt Disney World® Resort for over 20 years—is undergoing a complete overhaul, from its interior design to its culinary offerings.
Fieri’s lineup blends beloved classics with bold, new dishes, featuring six signature savory options that showcase his high‑energy style. “We’re riding the bus to Flavortown!” he says, and the menu delivers.
Returning favorites include World Famous Chicken Crunch with a tangy Creole mustard sauce served in a chicken‑shaped dish, Nachos Grande, L.A. Lasagna, and the crowd‑pleasing High Roller Platter, a sampler of Planet Hollywood staples.
For Fieri fans, the menu highlights his “Big Bite Burgers” and “Knuckle Sandwiches.” The Bacon Mac‑N‑Cheese features applewood‑smoked bacon, macaroni and cheese, and onion straws. The Mayor of Flavortown packs pastrami, Swiss cheese, caraway slaw, and Fieri’s signature Donkey Sauce, while the Prime Time American Kobe Burger combines Kobe beef, smoked Gouda and cheddar, onion jam, and fried onion straws.
Vegetarian options are plentiful: try Morgan’s Veggie, a plant‑based burger made from black and white beans, chickpeas, and oats, topped with roasted red pepper and cilantro aioli, or the Pimento Grilled Cheese, a fusion of mac‑n‑cheese and grilled cheese.
Eight new specialty offerings expand the menu’s range: Lobster Feast Fra Diavolo, a spicy pasta served in a lobster shell; Sesame Ginger Salmon; a 20‑ounce Bone‑In NY Strip perfect for sharing; and a surf‑and‑turf option that adds a whole steamed lobster to steak or chop selections.
For lighter fare, guests can choose from five salad options, including the trend‑setting Citrus Kale Salad with kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, feta, grapefruit, oranges, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and agave dressing.
Indulgent dessert choices include Hand‑Dipped Shakes with an array of toppings and flavors like Chocolate Comet and Strawberry Borealis. The Cosmic Cream Challenge invites diners to taste 12 house‑made ice creams and sorbets in a blind tasting, while the interactive Planet Melt Down features a chocolate dome that melts at the table to reveal a double‑chocolate fudge cake, strawberries, and whipped cream.
Guests can also visit the brand‑new Stargazers Lounge, which offers Florida craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and oversized thirst‑quenchers served in souvenir glasses.
