STK Opens at Disney Springs: A New Culinary Destination in Orlando

STK is now open at Disney Springs in Orlando.

STK, the latest addition to Orlando’s fine‑dining scene, has officially opened at Walt Disney World® Resort’s newly rebranded entertainment complex, Disney Springs®.

The highly anticipated restaurant delivers a contemporary, stylish dining experience with two floors of seating and an outdoor terrace overlooking the new Town Center.

The interior exudes modern elegance, while a high‑energy atmosphere—complete with an in‑house DJ—keeps guests engaged.

The rooftop patio extends the celebration, offering panoramic skyline views of Disney Springs’ newest Town Center neighborhood.

Highlights from the opening menu included a small but flavorful wagyu beef slider, the crowd‑pleasing Sweet Corn Pudding, and a fresh Tuna Tartare with avocado, soy‑honey emulsion, and taro chip.

STK is officially open for dinner and will add lunch service on May 31, 2016.
