Dallas Spring Music Guide: Live Shows, Festivals, and More

If SXSW’s cancellation has you disappointed, Dallas still offers a vibrant spring lineup of live music, from underground festivals to headline acts.

March 18‑22: NOT SO FUN WKND (NSFWknd) – Dallas’s 12th annual spring festival returns to Deep Ellum, featuring punk, alternative, and metal bands. Headliners include The Coathangers, Fiddlehead, Yumi Zouma, and The Frights, with over 60 additional acts across multiple venues.

March 21: Country duo Dan + Shay headline the American Airlines Center.

March 20: Killswitch Engage takes the stage at the South Side Ballroom.

April 4: Steve Aoki delivers a high‑energy set at The Bomb Factory, Deep Ellum.

April 27: The Who return to the U.S. after a 2017 residency, performing at the American Airlines Center.

May 1: JMBLYA Festival returns to Fair Park for its sixth year, headlined by A$AP Rocky.

May 16: The Lumineers play at Dos Equis Pavilion, Fair Park.
