Polaroid of the Week: Vibrant Colors of Northern New Mexico Road Trip

Polaroid of the Week: Vibrant Colors of Northern New Mexico Road TripOur New Mexico road trip was packed with unforgettable experiences, making it tough to pick a favorite. One highlight was driving through stunning red and multicolored rock formations from Española to Abiquiú and on to Ghost Ranch, Georgia O'Keeffe's beloved home. It's easy to see why the iconic artist chose this rugged, sparse landscape for inspiration.

We initially thought two weeks might be too long, but we extended our itinerary and now plan to return for more: additional national parks, a rafting adventure on the Rio Grande, hiking the Enchanted Circle north of Taos, and leisurely time in charming towns. We logged over 2,600 miles in New Mexico alone (4,100 miles total to Chicago). Stay tuned for more road trip stories!
