I always enjoy Marriott hotels, but locals in Myrtle Beach highly recommended the Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes—and they were spot on. Tucked in a semi-secluded area off the main road, it features inviting hideaways for drinks, pool dips, or waterslide fun with kids. Despite its impressive size, the resort feels intimately welcoming.

Check-in revealed a grand lobby and jaw-dropping views. My oceanfront room offered sunrise vistas reflecting off buildings and the expansive oceanside pool. Complimentary self-parking was a bonus, and as a runner, I appreciated the scenic sidewalks for morning jogs.

Amazing views, friendly staff, and top-tier service made the Marriott at Grande Dunes unforgettable.
