South Carolina’s Largest Garage Sale Returns to Myrtle Beach Convention Center

South Carolina’s Largest Garage Sale Returns to Myrtle Beach Convention Center

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, stands out as a premier shopping destination with two Tanger Outlets, indoor and outdoor malls, specialty boutiques, and major national brands. On Saturday, September 25, 2021, dive into bargain hunting at South Carolina’s Largest Garage Sale—a beloved annual event at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center (2101 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach).

The sale runs from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall, drawing thousands of local and out-of-town shoppers. Admission is free, and parking costs just $5 per vehicle. As a repeat attendee, I can attest that some of my best finds from past years still grace my living room bookshelves. Vendors from across the region offer a vast array of items, and with the season, I always hunt for fall and Christmas decor—it never disappoints.

Previous years featured around 300 vendors, guaranteeing an incredible selection. This year, the Sheraton at the Convention Center offered special group rates for vendors and shoppers, setting the stage for an even bigger crowd.

Ideal for a day trip or weekend getaway, arrive early for the prime picks—early birds catch the best deals!

For more details, visit the City of Myrtle Beach website. Happy hunting!
