Live @ the Lakefront Returns: Free Music Festival June 11, 18, and 25 in Lake Charles
Live @ the Lakefront: June 11, 18, and 25
Mark your calendars—Live @ the Lakefront is back! The Arts & Humanities Council and First Federal Bank are proud to revive this beloved music festival. After last year’s cancellation due to the pandemic, Devan Corbello, Executive Director of the Arts & Humanities Council, is enthusiastic about showcasing local musicians and artists.

“This event, along with other in-person gatherings returning to the Lake area, will be vital in providing hope to our community,” says Devan Corbello. “It’s a time for the SWLA community to come together as a sign of hope for brighter days ahead!”
The recent Spring Art Walk, organized by the Arts & Humanities Council, was a resounding success—much like Downtown at Sundown—proving residents are eager for fun, entertaining events. These gatherings help Southwest Louisiana thrive through exceptional music and art. When asked about the cultural importance of events like Live @ the Lakefront, Corbello noted: “SWLA is chock-full of culture and talent. Events like this showcase our local artists and creatives to residents and tourists alike, while helping them build their fanbase.” The community, artists, and bands are thrilled to reunite.
