About

Salem Art Gallery serves as the international headquarters for The Satanic Temple (TST), a non‑theistic religious organization with chapters worldwide. The gallery is home to the renowned 8½‑foot bronze Baphomet statue, a symbol of pluralism and religious freedom that has attracted global attention. Visitors may sit on the statue, take photos, and explore the gallery’s curated collection of art and media related to TST’s culture and campaigns.

The gallery features an occult library with exhibits on the 1980s Satanic Panic, a lavish throne room that once housed TST founders, and a fully stocked gift shop. Seasonal art exhibitions showcase works by groundbreaking artists, while lectures, rituals, and other TST events are hosted throughout the year.
