Chef Evi Spaho delivers innovative twists on classic breakfast and lunch dishes, crafted with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Known for his creative flair, Chef Evi invites guests into his kitchen for an unforgettable dining experience. Designed by E3 Studios, this location embodies a "farm-to-table" ethos. The interior blends natural, reclaimed, and rustic materials with high ceilings and exposed wood scissor trusses, bathed in natural light from clerestory windows for an open, airy ambiance. A crisp white palette accented by blue tones reinforces the brand, while wood, copper, and marble furnishings create a cozy, home-like atmosphere.
