On Saturday and Sunday, Restaurant Island brings more than 40 booths and food trucks to the table. Indulge in Tex‑Mex, Indian, Cajun, and classic State Fair favorites like Fletcher’s Corny Dogs. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on both days, the Wine Pairing Experience lets you taste premium wines alongside the dishes. With eight live bands, the weekend is set to be unforgettable. Buy tickets for one or both days.

See Live Demonstrations

BBQ, Burgers & Brews showcases pit masters roasting ribs, smoking brisket, and preparing gluten‑free options. Learn grilling secrets from the experts while enjoying craft beers from Dallas’s finest breweries.

And Bring the Kids Along Too!

The Family Fun Zone spans 50,000 sq ft and features inflatables, slides, cooking demos, a fitness zone, and an entertainment stage with hourly performances. Admission is free for children 10 years and under, so bring the whole family for a weekend of culinary and fun.
