Experience the Full Spectrum of Autumn at Dallas Arboretum’s Annual Fall Festival

The Dallas Arboretum’s annual Autumn Festival celebrates the season with a vibrant array of fall activities. The festival runs through November 22—don’t miss it on your next visit to Dallas.

See the Pumpkin Village

The Pumpkin Village showcases over 90,000 pumpkins, gourds, and squash, crafted into houses and imaginative displays that change annually. This year’s theme, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, permeates the village—from the yellow‑brick road to attractions such as the Scarecrow’s Garden and the Wicked Witch’s Castle. Pick up a favorite pumpkin from the patch—each available for purchase.

Enjoy weekly fun for the whole family

Savor German fare and beer at Café on the Green’s Oktoberfest Garden menu, then stay for Cool Thursday Concerts—a rotating lineup of bands each Thursday night until Oct. 26. Celebrate Halloween during Family Fun Weekend on Oct. 28‑29 with trick‑or‑treating, face painting, a petting zoo, and a magician.

Check out all the new happenings

Enjoy garden‑sized games—Connect Four, Jenga, and Corn‑Hole—every weekend, and sample craft beers for $10 at the tasting station. Experience live pumpkin‑carving demos during Pumpkin Carver Weekend on Oct. 21‑22. On Nov. 1, celebrate Dia de los Muertos with a face‑painting contest, henna tattoos, music, and food trucks.

Take advantage of the discount days

Take advantage of special pricing: Veterans, active‑duty service members, and first responders enjoy free admission on Veterans Day, Nov. 11. Seniors pay only $11 on Thursdays and receive 20 % off at the Hoffman Family Gift Store until Nov. 16. Visitors with a State Fair of Texas ticket stub get $2 off general admission through Oct. 22.
