Michael Salgado – September 30
Hailing from Barrancas, Chihuahua, Mexico, Tejano icon Michael Salgado brings his signature accordion flair to the opening weekend. A pioneer who introduced the norteño sound to a new generation in the mid‑1990s, Salgado’s breakout single “Cruz de Madera” climbed the Latin charts in 1995. Dubbed the “Jimi Hendrix of Tejano,” his performance promises energetic rhythms and authentic storytelling that have earned him a devoted fan base across North America.
Bidi Bidi Banda – October 19
Dedicated to honoring the legacy of Selena, Bidi Bidi Banda delivers a high‑energy tribute that’s both nostalgic and fresh. Banda Carnaval – October 21
On the last day of the fair, Banda Carnaval—nominated for a Latin Grammy and rooted in Mazatlán, Sinaloa—takes the stage. Named after the city’s vibrant “El Carnaval de Mazatlán,” the band’s dynamic arrangements and polished musicianship represent the pinnacle of modern banda music.
