Dallas’ Neiman Marcus Unveils Spectacular Holiday Windows

The flagship Neiman Marcus store in downtown Dallas has unveiled its annual holiday windows, drawing visitors into a dazzling blend of fashion, art, and seasonal décor.

For over a century, Neiman Marcus has been a Dallas landmark. The store opened in 1907, and in 1937 the first Stanley Marcus Holiday Tree was introduced, becoming a lasting symbol of the festive display that continues to grace the Palladium window on Ervay Street. Each year, rare and unique pieces are woven into the theme, and 2019’s circus-inspired spectacle showcased extravagant fashions and innovative designs.

How the Display Comes to Life

Months of planning culminate in a meticulously crafted presentation. The team selects a theme and translates it into clothing, props, and décor for each window. The windows are on display from November through early January, offering a perfect photo opportunity.

Family‑Friendly Holiday Events

Neiman Marcus also hosts a variety of events for the whole family. On December 12 and 19, The Zodiac Room welcomes children to “Dinner with Santa.” The evening features Santa, his elves, balloon artists, and lively performances—an ideal touch of holiday magic for young guests.

The store’s highly praised Holiday Buffet is another highlight. From Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sundays 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., guests can enjoy a menu of classic holiday favorites—including eggnog, glazed ham, and mac & cheese—paired with engaging entertainment. The buffet remains open until January 4, and reservations are required.

Plan a visit to experience the iconic windows and celebrate the season in style.
