Dallas Hotels Earn GBAC STAR Accreditation for Unmatched Sanitation Standards

In May, VisitDallas and the Dallas Tourism Public Improvement District (DTPID) announced a groundbreaking partnership to position Dallas as the first U.S. destination to receive Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation. This distinction recognizes the city’s hotels, the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, and select city‑owned arts and cultural venues as leaders in sanitary excellence and guest safety.

The GBAC STAR program is built on 20 rigorous criteria that each participating property must meet. Below is a current snapshot of Dallas hotels enrolled in the program. Please verify individual hotel websites for the latest opening dates, as not all have announced them yet.

Far North Dallas
