Olympic fever! Dezeen Magazine rounds up the most pinned Olympic designs, including Jaffa Cakes nibbled into British icons and landmarks.

If I ate paper, I would eat Gather, the beautiful new food journal from Michele Outland and Fiorella Valdesolo. Instead I will just cook it from front to back. (You know what I mean.) 

Okay, so truth be told, I clicked over to MaddieOnThings from Gin Lane's Twitter feed and spent time (the amount of which shall remain undisclosed!) looking at a coonhound defying gravity. But this lead me to This Wild Idea, which just completed posting 365 interviews with people from all 50 states, which means I have a whole year of stories to look forward to.

I've been taking tons of pictures this summer and I'm totally addicted to sweets — so the thought of turning my Instagram feed into cookies and chocolate is rather enticing. 

Although I'm a firm believer that the book is always better than the movie, I'm eagerly awaiting Baz Lurhman's The Great Gatsby. Until then, this new discovered Fitzergerald short will have to tide me over.
