Allbirds, the sustainable footwear company that launched the most comfortable travel shoe ever, just came out with a line of Japanese-inspired flip-flops made from carbon-negative Brazilian sugarcane. The company is making the environmentally friendly material available to other shoe manufacturers in hopes that it'll spread throughout the market.
