Cathedral City Town Square Park
Town Square Park brims with public art, from sculptures to murals. Located at 36700 Pickfair Street, it features dining, entertainment, and open spaces for families. While awaiting the Coachella Valley Repertory Theater's opening, check out these standout installations:
At the entrance, admire the steel and glass sculpture The New Beginning by David Flaossi Studios, a gift from Virginia and Caley Rhodes, Sr.

Life-size bronze sculptures Buddy Rogers and Hollywood Heroes offer perfect photo ops with legends, created and donated by artist George Montgomery.
Don't miss the Pickford Lizards fountain of stone and mosaic tiles, or the nearby Fountain of Life. These kid-friendly spots, designed by Jennifer Johnson and Reull Young, were made possible through a partnership with the Redevelopment Agency.
Agnes Pelton Murals Path
This grassroots public art project features murals and mosaics commissioned by the Agnes Pelton Society. View them on Chuparosa Lane and F Street in Cathedral City Cove, starting at 68680 F Street. The murals adorn private home walls from the Historic Agnes Pelton House corner (F Street and Chuparosa Lane), continuing left onto San Jacinto Rd.

Lalo and Five Mariachis, a painted portrait by Luiz Castro, honors Cathedral Cove resident Lalo Guerrero, the Father of Chicano Music.
Agnes and Friends depicts the artists' colony (circa 1932-1961).

Our Lady of Chuparrosa, a mosaic of broken pottery by Peter Palladino, evokes the Lady of Guadalupe—locals often leave candles and flowers. Nearby, 8-Bit Frida, a painted ceramic tile mosaic by Marnie Navarro, pays tribute to Frida Kahlo.

Cove Neighborhood Children, a painting by local artist Jessica Shiffman.
Landau Elementary School
For 11 years, the Palm Springs Unified School District has commissioned over 100 murals by local artists. At Landau Elementary (30310 Landau Blvd, Cathedral City, CA 92234), view Victor Pacilio's (aka Breath) murals on the handball walls—from the street only, as the campus is not open to the public.

S.C.R.A.P. Gallery
Executive Director Karen Riley calls S.C.R.A.P. Gallery a unique environmental art museum using donated discarded materials for hands-on education in conservation and reuse. Located at 31855 Date Palm Dr.
