City of Salem s Salem Together Pledge: Uniting for Community Health and Safety

The City of Salem has released a “Salem Together Pledge” to promote the shared responsibility required to keep residents, employees, and visitors healthy as businesses begin to reopen after the shutdown caused by COVID-19. The Pledge clearly states the commitment being made by businesses to follow sector specific guidelines set out by the Massachusetts Reopening Task Force and asks customers and guests to commit personal safety recommendations. The leadership, businesses, and residents of Salem are committed to the health and safety of all and we need visitors to share our commitment to safety by following the recommended guidelines while shopping, dining, and exploring Salem. We have a shared goal of health and happiness in Salem, and we know this goal can be achieved if we all work together.
