Discover Your Own 'Eat, Pray, Love' Journey at Home: Heal and Transform Without Travel

The past year has been challenging for travel enthusiasts like us. Like many, I've been confined to my backyard—literally—and as someone who finds serenity through exploration, this lockdown has tested my resilience.

Amid personal struggles last year, I've stayed grounded by focusing on what I can control. While physical travel is off-limits, I'm grateful for meaningful experiences that bring travel's essence home—without leaving my door.

You might say we've been gifted a profound journey of mind, body, and soul, unlike any before.

Recent events have left us all a bit traumatized—I know I have. The silver lining? Abundant tools exist to process emotions, reset our nervous systems, and foster healing.

2020's limitations silenced distractions, amplifying that inner voice urging me to follow my heart and use my experiences to help others.

Discover Your Own Eat, Pray, Love Journey at Home: Heal and Transform Without Travel

My healing path—from childhood sexual trauma—led to training in powerful modalities. Now, I'm passionate about sharing them.

Outwardly, I lived the dream: paid to travel the world. Inwardly, I struggled deeply.

Hypnosis, breathwork, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) transformed my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual self. I've learned lasting happiness arises from within, not external achievements.

These years, especially 2020, reinforce: We can't control externals. Embracing flow brings joy. Life's pains needn't break us—they can reshape us.

  • A 119-Day Trek Across the Australian Deserts: Katie Visco s 2,210-Mile Adventure

Katie Visco ran 2,210 miles over 119 days from the northern coast in Darwin to Adelaide, through the Tanami, Central, and Simpson deserts, with bicycle support from her husband, Henley. The desert wants you dead. There is space without bounds here, but there is no place to live. No shelter or shade above your shins, no water to slake a thirst. Unless you can hunt the kangaroo, the bilby, or the bush turkey, you’ve nothing to eat. What resources exist are reserved for those few creatures who
