| LAKE RIDGE MARINA |

Lake Ridge Marina grants access to the Occoquan Reservoir and serves as the trailhead for the Occoquan Water Trail. Target species include largemouth bass, bluegill, and crappie, with additional chances for channel catfish, flathead catfish, northern pike, and white perch.
| LOCUST SHADE PARK |

Locust Shade Park features an 8-acre pond regularly stocked by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources. Fish from the tree-lined banks for trout (November to April) and channel catfish in spring. Year-round natives include bluegill, largemouth bass, and crappie.

The pier at Leesylvania State Park extends into the Potomac River, creating a prime tidal freshwater fishing zone. Expect largemouth bass, striped bass, catfish, and perch. Boaters can launch via the ramp and sailboat hoist. From March to October, enjoy overnight fishing for nocturnal bites.
