The Chemist: Myrtle Beach's Innovative Hub for Craft Cocktails and Molecular Gastronomy

A few years ago, my partner MoVernie and I embarked on a global culinary adventure, savoring exceptional cuisine worldwide. I still remember being captivated by Top Chef on the Food Network, especially contestant Marcel's mesmerizing molecular gastronomy. From then on, I yearned to experience a restaurant mastering these cutting-edge techniques.

Despite visiting countless eateries, it wasn't until this year in Myrtle Beach that we discovered it. Located near the main strip, The Chemist is like the restaurant Bill Nye the Science Guy would create as a celebrity chef—fusing science with craft cocktails and modern cuisine.
