How to Request a Refund for Your Travelzoo Voucher
Our deals are exceptional, but if you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, enjoy a full refund—no questions asked. Request it easily online or contact our Customer Service Team.
Online: Sign in (upper right corner), navigate to "Purchases," select your order, and click "Request Refund." You'll receive a confirmation email once processed. No button visible? The purchase may be non-refundable or past the 7-day window. Call 1-877-665-0000 (Monday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET) to confirm eligibility or email support@travelzoo.com.
Vouchers are also transferable, so consider gifting yours to a friend or family member.
How to Cancel Your Hotel Booking
Hotel reservations follow the hotel's own cancellation policy, not Travelzoo's.
If eligible, cancel online: Sign in (upper right), go to "Purchases," select your booking, and click "Cancel." A confirmation email will follow.
