Emeril Lagasse Highlights Orlando's Culinary Scene in New 'Emeril’s Florida' Episode

Join celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse as he explores Orlando’s vibrant dining scene in the latest episode of 'Emeril’s Florida'.

If you’ve dreamed of touring Orlando with a renowned chef, the new season of Emeril’s Florida on the Cooking Channel and Food Network delivers just that. The premiere episode showcases Emeril’s culinary adventures across the theme‑park capital.

‘Emeril’s Florida’ celebrates Florida’s diverse food culture and features Emeril’s own restaurants—Emeril’s and Emeril’s Tchoup Chop, formerly located at Universal CityWalk. Visit Orlando provides a behind‑the‑scenes look at this fresh new series.

At Walt Disney World Resort, Iron Chef Morimoto demonstrates how he “kicks it up a notch” at his Morimoto Asia restaurant in Disney Springs. Together, they sample signature dishes and a proprietary beer crafted by Morimoto.

For Southern comfort, Emeril meets 4Rivers Smokehouse owner John Rivers at the new THE COOP in Winter Park. He learns about the growing influence of 4Rivers barbecue across Florida and later serves a selection of Southern classics to a select audience.

Emeril also visits JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, where Chef Melissa Kelly—an advocate of the farm‑to‑table movement—has cultivated a small on‑site farm to supply fresh ingredients for her restaurant, Primo.

Orlando will continue to be highlighted in upcoming episodes, including the rustic Italian restaurant Prato in Winter Park, helmed by Chef Brandon McGlamery.
