June 1: RED Shirt Pride Day

Since 1991, this annual tradition invites LGBTQ members and allies to wear a red shirt at Disney’s Magic Kingdom® Park on the first Saturday in June.

Through June 3: Girls in Wonderland

Designed for the female LGBTQ community, this counterpart to One Magical Weekend offers parties, celebrity appearances, and special performances.

Through June 3: Tidal Wave Party

Running alongside One Magical Weekend and Girls in Wonderland, this four‑day festival presents multiple parties, water‑park events, live DJs, contests, and more for men in the LGBTQ community.

June 12: Annual Pulse Memorial Ceremony

Hosted by the onePULSE Foundation, the ceremony honors the 49 angels, survivors, and first responders of the Pulse tragedy. It will be held at 7 p.m. at the Pulse Interim Memorial on the former Pulse nightclub site near downtown Orlando.

Foodie Events in Orlando for June

June 1‑30: Bourbon Fest

Head to the House of Blues at Disney Springs for a tribute to Kentucky’s bourbon culture, featuring cocktail specials, bourbon flights, and unique events. Highlights include National Bourbon Day (June 14), a Smokehouse Smokeout (June 15), and the Father’s Day Blues & Bourbon Brunch (June 16). The event is free; beverages and food are additional.

June 8‑9: Summerfest Grape Stomp 2019

Held at Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards in Clermont, this event offers live music, arts and crafts, free tours and tastings, ample free parking, and of course grape‑stomping! Food and drinks are for purchase. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children.

June 14: Harry’s Sip & Savor Pairing Series

Hosted by Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill at Rosen Centre Hotel, this quarterly series pairs a gourmet menu with signature spirits, including Avión Tequila, Absolut Vodka, and Malibu Rum. It costs $60 per person.

June 22: Local Brews Local Grooves

Also at the House of Blues, this event showcases 18 Florida breweries and live music. Sample brews, meet brewers, and hear from brewing experts. Admission is $11; 4‑oz. sample tickets are $3 each, and the $50 VIP package includes two admission tickets, 10 sample tickets, and two food vouchers.

Cultural Events in Orlando for June

June 1: Pentatonix — The World Tour

The three‑time Grammy‑winning, multi‑platinum Pentatonix arrives at Amway Center with special guest Rachel Platten. Tickets start at $26.50.

June 6: The Orlando Museum of Art’s 1st Thursdays — Indigenous Futurism

On the first Thursday of each month, explore local artists, live music, and a vibrant mix of guests at the Orlando Museum of Art in Loch Haven Park. Admission is free for members and $15 for visitors, focusing on the origins and future of indigenous and tribal art.

June 7: Movies at Leu Gardens Featuring ‘A Quiet Place’

From February through June and August through December, Leu Gardens hosts a current or classic film on a 32‑foot outdoor screen, with “A Quiet Place” highlighted in June. Select Dates Through June 23: Mermaids at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium

Meet real‑life mermaids at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium, part of ICON Park’s entertainment, dining, and shopping lineup. Every Friday through Sunday, mermaids dive alongside stingrays, sharks, and other aquatic marvels, then appear on land from 12‑6 p.m. on event days.

Through June 2: The Villages Balloon Festival

Featuring over 30 hot‑air balloons, this three‑day event offers ballooning and entertainment. Tethered five‑minute rides are available for an additional fee; longer rides can be booked with pilots (weather‑dependent). Gourmet food trucks, wine and beer vendors, a Kids Zone, and a special miniature‑horse appearance on June 1 are included. Admission: $15 adults, $10 ages 10‑18, free under 10.

Various Dates in June: Concerts at Tin Roof

Tin Roof at ICON Park hosts multiple concerts throughout June. Ticket prices vary: Matchbox 2.0 & Allison Road (June 8), Supervillains Band & Green Room Opening (June 9; free), Cougar Sweat (June 13), Back to Back to Black with Remember Jones (June 15), Peter Alden Father’s Day Brunch (June 16; free for diners), Run Raquel (June 20), Frank Foster (June 21), and Love & Theft (June 27).
