A Virtual Discussion About Race

In collaboration with Sophic Solutions, LLC, Visit KC is proud to present a new, engaging series designed just for our partners. Through five, expert-led learning sessions, we will explore subconscious assumptions about race in America and Kansas City—aspects that cause us to have various thoughts and feelings about “others” in our society. Ultimately, the training will afford KC’s destination ambassadors the opportunity to interrogate this topic in a safe environment, learning and unlearning terms and concepts that fuel racism.
