For the safety of guests and Cast Members, the following measures have been enacted at Disney Springs in Orlando:
Increased Disinfecting and Sanitation
Cleaning and disinfection have been intensified in high‑traffic areas such as public elevators, escalators, handrails, benches, tables, handles, and restrooms. Guests are encouraged to use the hand‑sanitizer stations and hand‑washing locations throughout the complex.
Face Coverings
Starting July 30, face coverings are required for all guests (ages 2 and up) indoors, on Disney buses, the monorail, and the Disney Skyliner, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings remain optional in outdoor common areas.
Modified Experiences
Some venues have reduced hours, and high‑touch interactive areas and scheduled entertainment have been temporarily suspended. Disney recommends using cashless payment methods—debit or credit cards, Disney gift cards, or mobile wallets—where possible.
