Dallas Museum of Art Sports CATacular – $5 Off Ancient Egyptian Feline Exhibit (Nov 25‑27)

Dallas is gearing up for a sports‑filled weekend with the Cowboys facing the Redskins on Thanksgiving Day and the Texas Shootout featuring Baylor vs. Texas Tech. Whether you’re in town for the games or cheering from home, the Dallas Museum of Art invites you to make the weekend memorable with its inaugural Sports CATacular, running November 25‑27.

Show up in your Cowboys, Redskins, Baylor, or Texas Tech gear and receive $5 off admission to the Divine Felines: Cats of Ancient Egypt exhibit. This collection showcases more than 80 artifacts that illuminate the role of cats and lions in ancient Egyptian mythology, kingship, and everyday life. Highlights include representations of wild and domestic cats, feline deities, burial practices, and luxury items adorned with feline motifs, as well as a brief section on dogs.

After exploring the feline displays, guests can enjoy the museum’s remaining galleries at no additional cost.

Whether your team wins or loses, celebrate the spirit of Thanksgiving by sharing time with family and friends at the museum.
