Explore Space at the Perot Museum’s Journey to Space Exhibit

Step into the shoes of an astronaut at the Perot Museum’s Journey to Space exhibit. Over 10,000 square feet of interactive, hands‑on displays let visitors experience weightlessness, test robotics, and board a full‑size replica of the International Space Station.

Explore the daily routines of astronauts—cooking, exercising, and more—while uncovering the risks and rewards of long‑term space travel and the cutting‑edge technology that makes it possible.

And the adventure continues. Mark your calendar for Discovery Days on Dec. 9, a family‑friendly event where kids launch rockets, study craters, and craft their own solar systems and aliens. On Mar. 21, adults can tune in to National Geographic Live! featuring celebrated astronaut, space shuttle pilot, and ISS commander Terry Virts.

The Journey to Space exhibit runs until May 6, 2018 and is available in both English and Spanish. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for youth (ages 2‑17). (General admission to the museum is separate.) Grab your tickets now!

Success on my trip would mean returning to where I had started, 394 days older, having travelled west from Tangier for more than 24,000 miles. The distance was equivalent to circling the globe at the equator. I reached Europa Point, Gibraltar’s southernmost, through streets closer to British history than roads back home.
