Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens
The Arboretum, perched on the banks of White Rock Lake, spans 66 acres of lush landscapes. This weekend’s lineup features cooking demonstrations, special food and drink offers, live concerts, and the popular "Window To The Wild" bird‑flight display.
Visitors must pre‑purchase admission and a parking pass; the gardens operate at 50 % capacity and face coverings are required. Active and retired military personnel, as well as first responders, enjoy free admission throughout the weekend.
Dallas Symphony Orchestra – Flag Pole Hill Concert
The DSO returns to Flag Pole Hill for its annual summer concert series. Bring a picnic and enjoy patriotic music followed by a fireworks show on May 31. Admission is free, making it a family‑friendly evening for all.
Klyde Warren Park
Any time is a good time at Klyde Warren Park, the city’s signature deck park over the freeway. The five‑acre space offers picnic areas, splash fountains, a dog park, a children’s playground, and stages for live entertainment. George W. Bush Presidential Library
Former President George W. Bush has turned to painting, and his latest portraits are on display through January 3, 2022. The exhibition, paired with the new book "Out of Many, One: Portraits of America’s Immigrants," spotlights the stories of immigrant citizens. Mexico National Soccer Team – AT&T Stadium
Mexico’s national team will face Iceland in a warm‑up match for the Concacaf Nations Finals on May 29 at AT&T Stadium. The game will be played under strict COVID‑19 protocols.
