The safety of our guests and employees are of paramount importance to us. Allegretto Vineyard Resort will do everything that we can to ensure that our guests have a safe and pleasant stay. As of February, we implemented the following precautionary measures to maintain a sanitary environment:
Team Member Health, Safety and Knowledge:"
- Hygiene: Daily staff briefings have been implemented to reinforce the rules and practices of good personal hygiene, including proper and frequent handwashing.
- Ongoing Training: Team members complete enhanced COVID-19 awareness training based on the guidelines provided by the California Department of Public Health.
- Cleaning Products: Resort uses hospital-grade disinfectant solution effective against contagious viral and bacterial pathogens including Human Corona Virus, Influenza, Adenovirus Type 4, etc.
- Cleaning Protocols:
- Guest Rooms: Resort uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention to commonly touched surfaces. The front desk cleans and disinfects all room keys and offers complimentary sanitization of credit cards and cell phone wipes upon request.
- Public Spaces: Hand sanitizer stations available in public areas for guest convenience. Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces, with a focus on the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles and public bathrooms.
- Back of House: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting commonly touched surfaces including entrances, lockers, laundry rooms and offices.
