After creating a burger frenzy in Noosa, Betty's Burgers has finally graced Brisbane with their presence and are currently selling their delicious burgers out of two locations. Make it a full meal and order french fries or onion rings and a chocolate peanut butter thick shake made with custard ice cream – #noregrets.

Sixteenth Round, Newstead

Go toe-to-toe with Sixteenth Round’s Texas-style classics. The regular cheeseburger is exactly what you’d expect but a one-two jab of smoothies and workout protein shakes are sure to keep you bouncing. The real knockout is the Pork vs Mac.

Gerard’s Bar, Fortitude Valley

Brewski, Caxton Street

Burgers are a beer’s best friend, and Brewski loves food. Pick from a menu of nine burger options, like the traditional Cheeseburger, BBQ pork belly burger, or Beefless vegan burgers, and chow down with a bestie or a date. Drop in for a $10 lunch, Tuesday to Sunday, and 2-4-1 on Mondays. Burgers are $10 all day Tuesdays. 

Miel Container, Mary Street

Housed in a red shipping container, Miel Container’s easy to miss but worth seeking out. Ciabatta and brioche buns accompany your choice of meat or vegie patties as you assemble your own burger. Or choose from the classic range if you’re not feeling creative. 

Moo Free, North Lakes

Nestled next to Charlie’s Raw Squeeze, Moo Free is Brisbane’s first dedicated vegan burger bar. Chow down on a familiar range of animal-less burgers, the Chic Chic Shroom, Vegan Brothers Delight and Aussie Mama with a side of beer battered chips or onion rings – take it one step further and load up your chips.
