Overlooking Dockery Lake and nestled deep off the side of a mountain, Dockery Lake Recreation Area offers camping, hiking, picnicking and fishing. Campsites have tables and tent pads. Restrooms and drinking water are also available.

There are no water or electric hook-ups or dump station available in the campground. 11 camping sites (10 campsites and 1 campground host site)1 flush facility in campground and 1 vault flush facility in day use areaStandard amenities (i.e. grill, picnic tables, lantern post, etc)

Hikers can enjoy the 3.4-mile Dockery Lake Trail, fishing in Dockery Lake and picnicking. This area opens mid-April and closes late October. Gates open at 7 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. daily. Afee is required.
