Canoe and kayak on the Broad River. The Broad River Outpost is open March through October with kayak and canoe rentals with your choice of slow water or white water rentals with camping, hiking, custom guided trips and shuttles. Hours of operation change with the season. We offer beginner sit-on-top kayaks suitable for kids and large stable boats for adults. 

With well over 40 years experience, our knowledgeable and friendly staff will ensure a great experience on the Broad River. Reservations encouraged, especially on weekends/holidays and for groups anytime. Great fishing for native species (not stocked). We are located next to Broad River Natural Area hiking trails. Family owned and operated since 1984.

Our rustic sites are located in the beautiful forests surrounding the Broad River. We offer smaller, secluded sites as well as larger group sites, suitable for groups of scouts, church groups, friends or corporate gatherings. They include fire pits, picnic tables, hot showers and priveys. 

Make your kayaking trip on the Broad River a weekend get-a-way by camping out with us! Also inquire about setting up a multi-day kayak or canoe camping trip on the Broad River.Campground and showers reserved for boaters and non-paddlers in their group. 

 Dogs on leash welcome. No aggressive dogs. No glass containers. No fire arms.
