Completed in June 2015, the unit features two queen‑size bedrooms, a third fold‑out bed in the larger room, and a single full bathroom with a shower. The spacious family room is equipped with a 48‑inch smart TV, while a screened patio invites you to unwind with a glass of wine under the stars.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full‑size refrigerator, a 4‑burner electric stove and oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, large sink, and ample storage. Laundry is a breeze with a full‑size washer and dryer—detergent and fabric softener are supplied. The apartment is pet‑free, smoke‑free, and includes central air conditioning, Dish TV, and Wi‑Fi.
