This charming two‑bedroom, one‑bath vacation home sits in the historic heart of Grand Rivers, Kentucky. From here, you’re within walking distance of both Kentucky Lake and Barkley Lake—two premier spots for fishing, boating, and lakeside recreation. Public, free launch ramps are available nearby, and you can bring your own boat or rent one at a variety of marinas in the area.

For nature lovers, the Land Between the Lakes (LBL) Recreation Area is a short drive away. LBL offers miles of hiking and biking trails, abundant wildlife viewing, and scenic drives through rolling countryside.

When it’s time to dine, the famous Patti’s 1880s Restaurant and Settlement is just steps away. Enjoy hearty meals and stroll to local shops for a quick dessert or souvenir.
