About The Tavern

The Tavern offers a warm, oak‑paneled dining room with views of Salem Common, where award‑winning bartenders craft local craft beers and specialty cocktails. Our menu features local favorites—seafood chowder, coconut curry, and the historic 1925 burger—alongside gluten‑free, vegan, and kid‑friendly options.

We serve lunch and dinner every day from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Weekend brunch is available 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. The bar stays open until 11:00 p.m. daily. Check our website for live entertainment schedules.

Open to Hawthorne Hotel guests, locals, and visitors. All staff are fully vaccinated or tested weekly.
