Welcome to the newly designed Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library, located at the epicenter of cultural vibrancy in downtown Washington, D.C. This historic landmark has been artfully restored and includes numerous unique event spaces that are both modern and versatile.

From the spacious and iconic Great Hall to the sweeping views of the new Rooftop Terrace, the library is the perfect backdrop for your next meeting or corporate event.

The Library’s 5th-floor event space and Rooftop Terrace offer breathtaking views of downtown D.C. The contemporary space boasts plenty of greenery and sets the stage for a wide range of events for as many as 500, and can host up to 700 with the addition of the Auditorium pre-function space.

Convenient to every Metro line and situated blocks from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, each event space at the Library can be customized to suit your needs. Plus, the experienced events team and upscale in-house caterer will help to make your next event even more monumental.
